QA Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

The qa bcba will conduct approximately 15 internal audits (Ias) annually and review reports written by other bcbas to ensure compliance with aba standards and insurance requirements. This role also involves evaluating client performance, developing clinical initiatives, and providing training and technical support to bcbas.

Candidates must be a board-Certified behavior analyst (Bcba) in good standing with the bacb, or be sitting for the exam within one month, and possess experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities using aba funded by insurance. Strong technical proficiency, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively and independently are essential qualifications.
