Part-Time Adult, Outreach, and Adaptive Sailing Instructor (J/22, RS Quest) - Park City, UT

The instructor will lead and facilitate adult sailing classes, private lessons, and outreach groups using j/22 keelboats and rs quest dinghies, emphasizing safety, fun, and skill development on the water and land. Responsibilities also include running adaptive sailing lessons, coaching intro to racing, and assisting with fleet maintenance and safety boat operation.

Candidates must demonstrate proven sailing experience and the ability to teach adult and/Or adaptive sailing classes, possessing strong leadership and communication skills. Required qualifications include the ability to safely operate small powerboats, current first aid/Cpr/Aed certification (Or willingness to obtain), a clean background check, and physical ability to lift 50 lbs.
