About the role

Provide intensive, home-based services to families in crisis to improve overall family functioning. Develop and implement treatment plans focused on enhancing parenting skills and fostering positive family dynamics.

We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual for our Family Centered Treatment (FCT) program.

If you are passionate about making a positive impact and have experience working with families and children, we would love to hear from you.

As a Family Centered Treatment Practitioner, you will provide, intensive, home-based services to families in crisis.

You will work closely with families to develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs, strengths, and goals of the family unit.

Your role will involve fostering positive family dynamics, enhancing parenting skills, and improving overall family functioning.

Hours

  • Full-Time
  • Hybrid position (from home, on location, and in office)
  • Education:
  • Bachelors degree required
  • Experience: Two years of experience working with children and families is required.
