Business Services Specialist

The specialist will coordinate and expand employer partnerships while supporting workforce employees in career pathway development through business development and individualized guidance. Essential duties include identifying and engaging local businesses for job placements and providing workforce employees with career planning, resume development, and interview preparation coaching.

A minimum of two years of workforce development experience is required, along with an associate's degree; a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. Candidates must possess a valid california class c driver's license and demonstrate proficiency in computer technology and recordkeeping software.
