Child Care Assistant Teacher

Assistant teachers must follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child while maintaining a fun, interactive, clean, and organized classroom environment. They are also responsible for developing skills in accurately observing, assessing, and planning for children, and effectively communicating with families.

Candidates must be energetic and dependable individuals with a passion for working with children and the ability to meet state and/Or accreditation requirements for education and experience. A key requirement is the ability to work indoors or outdoors and actively engage in physical activity with the children.
