Description Holy Redeemer Catholic School is seeking a K- 5th grade Florida Certified Elementary School Teacher for the 2026-2027 Academic school year.
Applicants must hold or be eligible for a valid Florida Educators certification, be self-motivated and energetic.
ESE & ESOL certified a plus.
HRCS is seeking applicants with knowledge of State Standards, technology integration, and standard-based instruction.
Experience in evaluating, documenting, and communicating individual student growth, differentiation strategies, classroom management and willingness to participate in professional development opportunities, a plus.
Applicants must be comfortable in a Catholic faith-based setting with a dedication to the Holy Redeemer Catholic School mission.
include, but are not limited to: Organize and direct lessons and activities related to the standards; Develop and document weekly lesson plans consistent with curriculum guidelines; Provide grade-appropriate instructional program of engaging and interactive activities/lessons; Maintain high professional standards consistent with the mission of Holy Redeemer Catholic School and the teachings of the Catholic Church; Be responsible for the safety and active supervision of students at all times and for classroom management; Assess and document student progress; Implement lesson plans, utilizing techniques to motivate, challenge and engage students; Interact effectively and respond to all parent communication in a professional, empathetic, and timely manner; Participate in faculty meetings, committees, and professional development opportunities; Work collaboratively with other teachers, staff, and administration; Integrate technology effectively into the classroom.
Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from an Accredited College or University; Current Florida Teaching Certificate; Teaching experience preferred; Previous experience in a Catholic school setting is preferred; Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
