Para-Educator | Des Moines Prep

The para-Educator supports the academic growth and character development of students receiving special education services. They assist in implementing individual education plans (Ieps) and provide support for students to participate fully in classroom activities.

Candidates must complete an approved paraeducator certification program and have a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience working with students with special education needs is preferred, along with strong organizational and communication skills.
