DVM Student Externship/Preceptorship Program — Loving Care Animal Hospital (housing available)

Externs will experience the typical caseload of a small animal practice, working under the supervision of a mentor doctor. Responsibilities include gathering histories, performing physical examinations, developing diagnostic and therapeutic plans, and assisting in surgeries.

Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited dvm program and authorized to work in the united states. They are also required to carry professional liability insurance.
