RBT or BT (Behavior Tech)

Behavioral technicians (Bts/Rbts) work directly with children and families, providing 1:1 aba therapy in home and clinic settings. They become a trusted presence during important moments of a child's development.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a passion for helping children and families. Interest in aba and the ability to provide therapy in various settings are also required.
