Toddler Head Teacher - Manhasset

The head teacher is responsible for planning and executing an educational program that addresses the developmental, social, and health needs of the children, while actively supervising all classroom staff during activities both on and off school grounds. This role also involves upholding the center's philosophy, implementing age-Appropriate practices, and fostering positive relationships with parents through consistent communication.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged along with a child development associate (Cda) or an associate's/Bachelor's/Master's degree in early childhood education. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with children aged 18 to 36 months is required, along with availability to work shifts between 7 am and 6 pm.
