Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess minimal gymnastics or cheer experience, with coaching experience being advantageous. Essential qualifications include strong communication skills, leadership abilities, the capacity to give and receive appropriate feedback, and the initiative to ensure the camp day runs effectively.
