Floater Assistant Preschool Teacher

The role involves collaborating with the preschool teacher to ensure the successful operation of a head start classroom for 3-5 year olds, maintaining a child-Centered curriculum that promotes development across all domains. Responsibilities also include addressing challenging behaviors through observation, implementing preventive measures, teaching new skills, and partnering with families for home support.

Candidates must possess great communication and written skills, along with a passion for working with children. Required education includes cda credentials, or the willingness to obtain one within two years, or an associate's or bachelor's degree in any field, or current enrollment in such a program.
