[2026-2027] Special Education Learning Specialist - Middle School

Special education teachers collaborate with general education teachers to plan targeted interventions, diagnose student challenges, and design individualized programs for students with ieps or those identified as at-Risk. Responsibilities include teaching a rigorous college preparatory curriculum, using data to drive decisions, and modeling a commitment to student success.

Candidates must possess strong interpersonal skills and a passion for a mission-Driven culture, with a bachelor's degree required. New york state special education teacher certification is highly recommended, and at least two years of teaching experience is strongly preferred.
