Part Time - Youth Soccer Coach (Chicago North Shore)

Coaches will lead or assist structured soccer development classes for children aged 1-7, utilizing a non-Competitive approach to teach skills and nurture self-Confidence. They must learn and implement the provided curriculum, use positive reinforcement, and strive for continuous improvement through training.

Candidates must genuinely love being around children and be comfortable working with young children, adapting to varying ages and abilities in a fun, structured environment. Previous soccer knowledge is not required, but experience in childcare or preschool, or early childhood education units, is preferred.
