Youth Care Worker Rotating Weekend

The primary role involves assisting with shelter operations and providing direct care, behavior management, and supervision to youth residents aged 5-17, ensuring their safety and well-Being. This includes monitoring hygiene, administering medication, preparing meals, facilitating activities, and maintaining a sanitary environment.

Candidates should ideally possess an aa degree in a human services field and have two to three years of experience working with youth exhibiting difficult behaviors in a residential or group setting. Applicants must be knowledgeable of american indian culture and family systems, possess a valid driver's license, and be physically capable of lifting up to 25 pounds and climbing stairs.
