Coverage Specialist - Elementary and Middle School (to build a candidate pool)

The coverage specialist will deliver instruction based on teacher plans, manage student behavior according to school expectations, and collect student work when covering classes. On non-Covering days, responsibilities include observing classrooms, attending planning and content meetings, and supporting common spaces during arrival and dismissal.

Candidates must possess at least 30 college credits or an associate's degree, along with an unwavering commitment to the kipp baltimore mission and professional integrity. Essential qualities include strong relationship-Building skills with students and families, excellent communication, high energy, empathy, and strong organizational abilities.
