Market context
In Massachusetts, full-time preschool roles typically draw steady demand because centers need staff who can meet state licensing expectations and support daily classroom coverage. These positions are competitive when candidates already hold EEC certification, have a high school diploma, and are actively working toward an Early Childhood degree; teamwork and a positive, energetic style also matter.
