Clinical Professional Development Specialist- UPMC Wellsboro

The primary role involves delivering nursing education through orientation, continuing education, and ongoing support for nursing staff, requiring the assessment, planning, and provision of necessary educational programs. Responsibilities also include developing internal/External relationships, leading quality improvement efforts, serving as a mentor, and developing standards of nursing care.

Candidates must possess a bachelor of science in nursing (Bsn) or higher, along with a minimum of three years of clinical experience and relevant teaching experience. Required credentials include current registered professional nurse licensure in the facility's state or a compact state, and cpr certification within 30 days of hire.
