Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist - School-Based

The therapist will conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide short-Term therapeutic counseling including individual, family, and group therapy for patients and families. Key duties also involve maintaining accurate clinical documentation, utilizing crisis intervention techniques, and collaborating with school and clinic teams to ensure continuity of care.

Candidates must possess a master's degree in a relevant field and hold an unrestricted associate-Level clinical licensure in indiana (Lmhc-A, lsw, lmfta), with independent licensure preferred. Strong knowledge of child development, trauma-Informed care, evidence-Based modalities, and experience in a school district setting are highly valued.
