Teacher.Ex Ed Comprehensive - Cane Ridge Elementary

The teacher designs and provides specialized instruction to students with moderate to severe/Profound cognitive or developmental needs, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines through iep implementation and progress monitoring. This role involves collaborating with general educators and related service providers to plan assessments, analyze data, and coordinate necessary supports for students on a modified curriculum.

Candidates must possess a master's degree from an accredited institution in a related field, along with thorough knowledge of special education principles, effective teaching methodologies for students with disabilities, and compliance with idea regulations. Preferred experience includes professional training or paid/Volunteer work with individuals with disabilities.
