Behavior Interventionist

As a behavior interventionist, you will work directly with children and teens with developmental disabilities, implementing individualized aba treatment plans under bcba supervision to teach skills and reduce challenging behaviors. Key duties include providing consistent 1:1 therapy, collecting progress data, fostering learning through structured activities, and collaborating with the team.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have reliable transportation to serve clients in various cities. A genuine passion for helping children and teens grow is essential for this role.
