Childcare Group Teacher – Before & After School

Group teachers are responsible for ensuring program operations comply with state regulations and policies while planning and leading engaging, hands-On activities aligned with the healthy kids curriculum, including fitness, steam, academics, arts, and homework support. They must also oversee daily operational tasks like accurate attendance tracking and maintaining appropriate staffing levels, alongside consistent communication with parents and team members.

Candidates must meet specific educational qualifications, such as an associate's degree or specific college credits in relevant fields, and must possess medical clearance to perform all duties. Essential personal attributes include a warm, positive attitude, professionalism, dependability, and the physical ability to actively engage with energetic children and lift up to 50 pounds.
