Teachers are responsible for the daily care of every child in their classroom, adhering to licensing guidelines and company standards. This includes implementing the proprietary curriculum, creating interactive learning experiences, observing, assessing, and planning for children, and effectively communicating with families.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess experience in a licensed childcare center or a related field. Applicants must also meet state and center requirements regarding education and be physically able to engage in activities with children both indoors and outdoors.
