Assistant Coach Football

The assistant football coach is responsible for the holistic development of student-Athletes, focusing on academic achievement, eligibility, retention, and fostering a positive team culture. This involves supporting the head coach in on-Field coaching, recruitment, and ensuring adherence to institutional and athletic policies.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of related experience, along with working knowledge of ncaa, naia, or kcac rules and regulations. A valid driver's license and an affinity for the university of saint mary's mission are also mandatory requirements.
