Surgical Tech Student (2923)

The surgical tech student supports the surgical team by learning and performing basic, supervised tasks in the operating room, including preparing supplies and maintaining sterile fields. This role focuses on building foundational technical skills and understanding surgical workflow through hands-On training and active participation.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged equivalent and demonstrate good communication skills, the ability to handle stress, and function efficiently as a team member. While past work experience is preferred, it is not required for this entry-Level training position.
