Assistant Teacher

Assistant teachers partner closely with lead teachers to orchestrate a stimulating and welcoming classroom space, supporting the implementation of the proprietary l.e.a.p. Curriculum for infants, toddlers, and/Or preschoolers. They are also responsible for prioritizing child safety, supporting family communication regarding progress, and collaborating with center staff to meet engagement goals.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma/Ged, with ece coursework preferred, and must meet all state-Specific guidelines for childcare roles. Essential skills include proven judgment for risk identification, ensuring children's daily needs are met (Including diapering/Feeding), modeling social skills, and maintaining high levels of composure and professionalism.
