The student nurse tech assists patients in the rehabilitation process under the direction of a registered nurse by providing appropriate nursing care and reinforcing rehabilitation techniques. Responsibilities include obtaining vital signs, answering call lights, assisting with feeding programs, and supporting patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.

This position requires current enrollment in an accredited adn or bsn nursing program and proof of completion of the first year or fundamentals of nursing. Candidates must possess a basic life support (Bls) certification and demonstrate interpersonal skills for effective communication.
