Teacher Assistant

The primary responsibilities include creating a safe and nurturing classroom environment for infants, implementing the l.e.a.p. Curriculum® activities, and maintaining daily communication with families regarding updates and milestones. The assistant will also work collaboratively with the team and adhere to all state licensing and safety requirements.

Candidates must possess at least six months of childcare experience, with one year preferred, and hold a high school diploma or ged; an early childhood education degree is preferred. Essential knowledge includes infant development and developmentally appropriate practice (Dap), along with current or obtainable cpr/First aid certification.
