Requirements summary
A bachelor's degree is required, with a master's degree in education or a related field preferred, alongside required fluency in spanish (Reading, writing, and verbal). Candidates must have three years of experience working with at-Risk youth, preferably foster youth, and one year of experience in career development or job placement.
