ILSP Specialist (Bilingual)

The specialist provides intensive, individualized case management focusing on education and employment goals for youth transitioning out of foster care, while collaborating closely with external providers like social workers and educators. Key duties include assisting youth in securing diplomas, post-Secondary education, or employment opportunities, and providing necessary resource linkage and advocacy.

A bachelor's degree is required, with a master's degree in education or a related field preferred, alongside required fluency in spanish (Reading, writing, and verbal). Candidates must have three years of experience working with at-Risk youth, preferably foster youth, and one year of experience in career development or job placement.
