Behavior Technician

The behavior technician will help children with autism learn, grow, and build essential skills through play-Based applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy within a center setting. This role involves gaining training and skills applicable to careers in behavior analysis, education, and therapy, while creating positive change for children and their families.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma/Ged, have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license (Preferred), and the ability to pass a background check. A genuine desire to help children with autism, along with traits like compassion and reliability, is essential for this entry-Level position.
