Family-Centered Therapist-Contract

Independent contractors are responsible for providing home-Based therapy services to referred families, conducting clinical assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering trauma-Informed individual and/Or family therapeutic services. Responsibilities also include attending necessary meetings and court hearings, managing crises, ensuring family safety, and collaborating with the department of child services (Dcs).

Applicants must possess a master's or doctorate degree in a human services field like psychology or social work, along with required indiana licensure (Lsw, lcsw, lmfta/Lmft, lmhca/Lmhc). Additional requirements include meeting frequent deadlines, proficiency with technology, strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain professional compliance with dcs standards.
