Behavior Technician

Behavior technicians work one-On-One with children with autism, utilizing play-Based aba therapy to teach essential communication, social, and everyday life skills. Responsibilities also include diligently tracking progress and collecting session data using a mobile device.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be available to work weekday afternoons or evenings for a minimum of three days per week between 3 pm and 8 pm. A reliable car, valid license, and insurance are mandatory, along with comfort using technology for data collection.
