Faculty Clinical Coordinator - Surgical Technology

The faculty clinical coordinator ensures clinical preceptors meet credentialing requirements and implements an orientation program for them, while also documenting site compliance with accreditation standards through regular visits. This role involves teaching clinical courses and labs, maintaining professional interactions with partners, and managing clinical site identification, monitoring, and evaluation.

Candidates must possess an associate's degree (Bachelor's preferred) and be a graduate of an accredited surgical technology program, holding national certification. A minimum of three years of experience in the operating room scrub role or as a surgical technology instructor within the last five years is required, alongside strong interpersonal and teaching skills.
