Youth Leader- ELOP- South Bay (East Chula Vista)

The youth leader is responsible for the direct supervision of program participants and the daily planning and implementation of program activities under the site supervisor. This involves providing academic support, enrichment activities, and promoting positive behaviors, skill building, and leadership among youth.

Applicants must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma/Ged and meet local district qualifications for a classroom assistant, which may require an aa/As degree or 48 college units. Clearance requirements include fingerprints, tb test, and obtaining cpr/Aed and first aid certifications shortly after hire.
