The Registered Nurse will be placed in contracted public school districts, handling responsibilities in the Nurse Office or providing dedicated 1-to-1 support for students with higher needs. Additionally, there is per diem community work available with individuals utilizing licensed LPN services.
Angels on Call is a premier licensed home care service agency located in Peekskill, NY. Currently serving New York State including Bronx County, Dutchess County, Orange County, Putnam County, Rockland County, Sullivan County, Ulster County and Westchester County.
Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to work in the public school districts we contract with (Northern Westchester County and Putnam County). A New York State RN License is required for this position. Placements could include Nurse Office responsibilities or “1-to-1” placement with a higher needs student.
We also have per diem work with individuals in our local community who utilize the services of licensed LPNs in various settings. Per diem work means that you will have complete flexibility over which shifts you accept, and right of refusal for any cases you are contacted for.
Candidates must possess a valid NYS RN Certificate and provide several mandatory documents at hire, including proof of current flu vaccination, malpractice insurance, and various medical certifications and physical records. Specific requirements include proof of MMR vaccination and current Tuberculosis status documentation.
