Family Support Coach - International Village Center

The family support coach leads two-Generation efforts focusing on family pathways in education, health, well-Being, and economic supports, implementing family-Centered coaching strategies based on national standards. Responsibilities include assisting families with employment, education enrollment, connecting to community resources, facilitating parent leadership, and coordinating program transitions.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field like family and consumer sciences or social work, coupled with at least two years of experience in a family support role. Essential abilities include strong analytical and communication skills, the capacity to collaborate with families and community partners, and familiarity with quality early childhood education best practices.
