Kindergarten Teacher School Year 26-27

The teacher will be responsible for planning and implementing high-Quality, standards-Based instruction integrated with the montessori approach, while fostering a classroom culture of excellence and managing diverse student needs. This includes preparing the environment, submitting weekly lesson plans, supervising students, and leading family communication through progress reports and report cards.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and georgia teacher certification, along with a minimum of two years of effective teaching experience in a high-Needs public school setting demonstrating student growth impact. Strong skills in instructional practices, classroom management, and communication are essential, alongside an unwavering commitment to the school's mission.
