Occupational Therapist- Kids First Little Rock

The occupational therapist provides fine motor assessment and treatment using evidence-Based techniques for children aged six weeks to five years with special healthcare needs in a pediatric day healthcare clinic. This role involves evaluating skills, determining adaptive equipment needs, implementing direct therapy, documenting services, preparing billing documents, and collaborating with families and the healthcare team.

A master's degree in occupational therapy or a bachelor's degree plus two years of experience is required, along with nbcot certification or eligibility, and an active arkansas occupational therapy license or eligibility to obtain one within one month of hire. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to function effectively within an interprofessional healthcare team.
