Behavior Technician

The role involves working one-On-One with children using evidence-Based aba techniques to foster independence, social skills, and personal growth through tailored, fun activities. Responsibilities include teaching skills, implementing and monitoring behavior plans, collecting data, and communicating with stakeholders to coordinate care.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and pass a national criminal background check, with a registered behavior analysis interventionist (Rbai) license being preferred. Reliable transportation is mandatory, as is the physical ability to engage with children and work in in-Home settings.
