The instructor will lead safe, dynamic STOTT PILATES Reformer classes, educating participants on proper form, technique, and body awareness in an encouraging environment. This role requires providing modifications for all fitness levels to inspire member engagement and retention.
As a STOTT PILATES Reformer Instructor, you will support members in reaching their fitness goals by leading engaging and effective Pilates classes in a welcoming and motivating environment. Classes are offered on weekday and weekend mornings, creating a consistent and energizing start to the day for our members. Qualifications Candidate must hold a current certification (or be working toward certification) in STOTT PILATES Reformer; Candidate must be comfortable teaching small group Reformer classes and coaching one-on-one training on the Reformer; Candidate must be a team player and support the YMCA by modeling our core values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility. Additional Group Exercise Instructor or Personal Training certifications are encouraged, but not required.
