The occupational therapist will provide direct patient care, manage treatment plans, and participate in departmental process improvement. They will also serve as a role model for other therapists and contribute to educational efforts within the department.

A bachelor's degree in occupational therapy and a valid occupational therapist license in illinois are required. Preferred qualifications include a master's or doctoral degree in occupational therapy and experience in occupational hand therapy.
