Coverage Specialist - Elementary and Middle School (to build a candidate pool)

The coverage specialist is responsible for delivering instruction as outlined by teacher plans and maintaining a safe and affirming student culture. They will also collect student work and communicate with parents as necessary.

Candidates must have at least 30 college credits or equivalent experience and demonstrate the ability to build strong relationships with students and families. Strong communication skills and a commitment to kipp baltimore's mission are essential.
