Teacher/Tutor PRN-Behavioral Health Services

This role provides tutoring services to adolescent patients in the partial hospital program (Php). It includes coordinating all educational needs between behavioral health services and the patient's school.

A bachelor's degree in education/Teaching and a current illinois teaching certification are required. A type 09 certification for secondary learning behavior specialist endorsement is also necessary.
