SE Vocational Support Specialist- PT

The specialist will develop individualized service plans, conduct training for skill development, career planning, and employment retention, and facilitate pre-Vocational and independent living skills. They will also provide on-Site job supports, coordinate work-Based learning experiences, and serve as a liaison between employers and clients.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, though an associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, along with experience in rehabilitation or employment services. Candidates must possess strong communication skills, computer proficiency, reliable personal transportation, and the ability to pass a background check.
