Job Coach - SWE

The job coach will work alongside youth participants to help them meet employer expectations, provide training, and address performance challenges. They will also maintain documentation of participant progress and coordinate with case managers.

A high school diploma and experience in social services are required, with an associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Experience working with individuals with disabilities and first aid/Cpr certification are also preferred.
