Clinical Provider, LPC

The clinical provider will offer individual, group, family, and practical counseling services, conducting comprehensive assessments, determining diagnoses, and developing individualized treatment plans according to state standards. Responsibilities also include collaborating with internal departments, documenting services, handling crisis situations, and potentially providing clinical supervision to trainees.

Candidates must possess at least a master's degree in a relevant field like social work, psychology, or counseling, and hold an active state license such as lpc, lcsw, or lmft. Additional requirements include passing background checks, having a valid driver's license, and obtaining first aid/Cpr certifications within three months of employment.
