Direct Support Professional

The direct support professional will be responsible for assisting children and teens with daily activities at home and in the community, guiding them in developing social, self-Help, and independence skills. This role involves supporting progress, following behavior plans, and creating opportunities for safety and community involvement while tracking milestones.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and demonstrate a genuine love for working with children, along with reliable transportation. The role requires commitment to showing up for clients and the team, with opportunities for ongoing training and growth.
