Behavior Interventionist- Bilingual Spanish Required

As a behavior interventionist, you will work directly with children and teens with developmental disabilities, implementing individualized aba treatment plans under bcba supervision to teach skills and reduce challenging behaviors. Key duties include providing consistent 1:1 client support, tracking progress through data collection, and collaborating with supervisors and families to achieve optimal outcomes.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be required to be bilingual in spanish to effectively serve the client population. A genuine passion for helping children and teens grow, along with reliable transportation, are essential requirements for this role.
