Infant teachers are responsible for overall classroom management, creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment, and leading, coaching, and mentoring less experienced teachers. They must implement the proprietary l.e.a.p. Curriculum® while working with infants and toddlers according to their unique needs.

Requirements summary

A minimum of six months of professional teaching experience is required, though one year is preferred, along with a high school diploma/Ged. Candidates must demonstrate knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (Dap) and possess current cpr and first aid certifications, meeting all state-Specific guidelines.
