Lead Teacher

The lead teacher is responsible for implementing age-Appropriate lesson plans using the proprietary wonder of learning® curriculum, managing the classroom environment to be safe and inclusive, and maintaining positive communication with families regarding student progress. They must also supervise children, participate in professional development, assess learning, and support team members.

A high school diploma is required, though an associate's or bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a cda is preferred. Candidates should possess 1-2 years of relevant experience in a licensed childcare or preschool setting and must have completed state-Required pre-Service training.
